In the final chapter me and my classmates had read in The Giver in my opinion its getting more interesting and makes me wonder a lot of things and more in this chapters. Even thought in this chapters Jonas is starting to get know more about his job ( The Receiver of Memories), he had read the rules of his work and he got a little scared and in my point of view he also is even more thoughtful of a rule to not lie! When Jonas finally get into his job he met The Giver. This man is helping Jonas get memories of The Giver back such as snow and Jonas is starting to see colors now, he is very excited of those feeling of cold and see color for his first times. Talking to this man Jonas was very pensive of the pain that this Elder told him, I think by searching more memories Jonas will started feel pain. To get to the final point Jonas is amazed of his effort and work he had done being the receiver, i want to get know more about what is happening in those memories that The Giver had gave to him.

Here is Jonas thoughtful about the new memories he might got |
Reading chapters nine threw twelve its pretty interesting what is happening and how its explaining the way that Jonas can see beyond. But reading chapter eleven i see a quote that also makes me feel this way "there was a question bothering Jonas. Sir, he said, The chief Elder told me - she told everyone - and you told me,too, that it will be painful. So i was a little scared. But it didn't hurt at all. I really enjoy it. He look quizzically at the old man" ( Lowry 83). Reading this quote i also feel a little scared about what can be painful of this work receiving memories back from the past, but it seems that this few memories Jonas had gotten he had excitement and wanted more. I wonder does memories will hurt the way of life of Jonas? or do he will find a memories painful? This questions makes me think a different way or perspective of memories. I think that pain is something that you had feel in a certain way that can hurt you a lot depending on who you are, also i think that pain is a hurtful feeling of something.

In my final thought of the previous chapters we got to read were the most excited chapters i had ever read in this book because finally we get to know The Giver. Thinking of putting on the position of Jonas in those situation of the memories back, the snow, sunshine, colors makes me wonder that does blind person would feel the same because they can't see anything. It might be that they feel amazing and happy about a new feeling they are experiencing in my opinion blind people must feel like that. The Giver has a lot of honor to know about all those memories had gotten and how would it feels to have such and honor to be The Reciever both have a lot of honor there. In conclusion i got a prediction that i think that Jonas will start too see all colors and will try to explain to others but none of them will belief him.
